Martin Law Firm, PC is based in Irvine and seeks a first through seventh-year employment law associate. Compensation is as follows:
- $165k salary for first year associates.
- $175k salary for second year associates.
- $185k salary for third year associates.
- $195k salary for fourth year associates.
- $205k salary for fifth year associates.
- $215k salary for sixth year associates.
- $225k salary for seventh year associates.
Annual billable target of 1,900 hours. Bonus of $100 per billable hour beyond target paid quarterly with a one quarter delay. Must be employed at time of payment to receive the bonus.
Hybrid work schedule.
We pay for bar dues and membership to a local bar association.
We provide a monthly stipend for cell phones.
We provide attorneys with a new laptop and large, dual monitors.

Transactional Attorney
PART TIME (approx. 15-20 hours a week)
Law firm in Santa Clarita needs a part-time attorney to help with various business transactional work. The position will assist with business entity formations, Secretary of State filings, contracts review, annual income tax review, board of directors‘ meetings, estate planning and some litigation.

Associate Attorney - Fielding Law
POSITION: Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney, Pre-Litigation (In-office/ On-site) EXPERIENCE: 1 - 3 years post- Bar experience
PAY: $70k - $80k based on relevant post-Bar experience

Responsibilities
o Working with an experienced Case Manager to monitor clients’ medical care o Writing detailed demand letters

o Negotiating and facilitating pre-litigation settlements
o Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical
providers
o Overseeing negotiations to reduce healthcare liens and bills post-settlement o Preparing final accounting letters and closing cases
o Providing leadership to support staff
Qualifications
o Must be licensed in either California or Arizona – please indicate if licensed in both states
o Ideally 1 - 3 years of post-bar experience in a Plaintiff Personal injury firm(s) o Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will have experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Experience with joint employer liability is a plus. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions.
